Juggling resources and client expectations. We’re a service business, so it’s all about people, managing the calendar, the team, the client and the project. We’re endlessly in a game of building sales, then building capacity, then building sales, then building capacity and on and on. The big thing for us is being able to step out of that and create processes and strategies to underpin everything.
